   Mr. Tom O’Connor has been developing and building homes in the State of Washington since 1991. Mr. O’Connor retired from the United States Navy in 1986. He became a Realtor in 1987 specializing in new construction. In 1988, Tom started representing United Builders of Washington, a Yakima based construction company. In 1991, Mr. O’Connor purchased and developed his first 23-lot plat in Northeast Tacoma . Since then Tom has developed over 210 building lots and constructed over 130 homes in the King and Pierce County region. Tom recently completed a 36-unit apartment complex in King County . He currently is developing a 44-unit multi family project along with several condominium projects in the Tacoma area.
